WARRANTY

FASHIONSNET offers a limited warranty on all products purchased directly from our official website. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 90 days from the date of purchase.

If a covered component malfunctions during this period, replacement parts will be provided free of charge and shipped within the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). End users are responsible for installing the provided replacement parts or contacting our support team for assistance.

This warranty is non-transferable and represents the sole warranty for FASHIONSNET products, as permitted by law. Please note that part or model specifications may change without prior notice. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to abide by the terms of this warranty as outlined below. The warranty terms may be updated without prior notice.

What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?

The warranty covers all electrical and mechanical components of our products, ensuring they are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This coverage is valid under the following conditions:

  • The product is used appropriately for its intended purpose by an individual who fits properly and can operate it safely.
  • The product undergoes all necessary maintenance and adjustments.

What Is Not Covered by This Limited Warranty?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Claims made after 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • Normal wear and tear, crash damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper maintenance, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Minor scratches or cosmetic damage incurred during transit.

This warranty will be void if the product:

  • Is installed with an unauthorized motor or modified in any way.
  • Is used for rental or commercial purposes.
  • Is used contrary to the instructions in the product’s owner’s manual.

Cosmetic parts and accessories (non-essential for operation) are not covered. These include:

  • Mirrors, doors, body frame, fenders, dashboard, steering wheel, wheel covers, stickers/decals, and other decorations.

Note: FASHIONSNET is not liable for incidental or consequential losses or damages.

What Will FASHIONSNET Do to Honor This Limited Warranty?

FASHIONSNET will replace any electrical or mechanical component or battery confirmed to be defective with the same or functionally equivalent part.

How to Make a Warranty Claim?

To submit a warranty claim:

  • Use the FASHIONSNET online portal or email us at support@fashionsnet.com.
  • Provide your order number to validate the claim.

Return Policy

Returns Due to Change of Mind

FASHIONSNET accepts returns for change of mind if a request is submitted within 30 days of receipt of the item. Items must be returned in original packaging and unused.

Important Details:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must arrange their own shipping.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment upon receipt and acceptance of the returned item.

Note: FASHIONSNET will not refund any shipping fees.

Warranty Returns

FASHIONSNET honors valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of purchase. If replacement parts are declined, customers must pre-pay return shipping. However, restocking fees will not apply.

Once we receive the returned item, FASHIONSNET will process the warranty claim within 14 days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, customers can choose between:

(a) A refund to the original payment method.

(b) A refund in store credit.
